and terms

Circles, provided by Exodia Technologies, Inc., helps people discover items and make arrangements with friends. Buyers and sellers agree on the item, price, payment, and pickup directly.

Be honest

List only legal items you own and may sell. Describe condition and price accurately. Do not post prohibited or recalled goods, fraudulent offers, threats, harassment, or another person’s private information.

Respect your circle

Only invite people you know. Do not treat a friendship or shared friend as a guarantee about an item or seller. Keep private conversations and pickup details private. Report problems and block unwanted contact in the app.

Payment and pickup

Payments happen separately in Venmo or Cash App. Provider terms and fees may apply. Check the recipient and amount before sending. A buyer’s “I’ve paid” report is not payment verification: the seller must check their account before confirming. Circles does not hold funds, provide escrow, or automatically issue refunds.

Using the beta

Features may change during testing. Circles may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these community rules. Resolve any active purchase before deleting your account.

Help
